Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on where you are. Orders processed from the Netherlands will take 1 or 2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3 - 6 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam box. To make sure you don't miss any other order updates. Please make sure you accept our emails so that they are not marked as “junk email”. If you cannot find your order confirmation in your spam box, please contact customer service: email@example.com
You always have the option to return your order within 14 working days after the shipment date. Make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. Please keep your proof of postage until we have processed it.
• Returns are only possible within the return period of 14 days.
• Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account
• We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
• Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that a proof of shipment with a track & trace code is a requirement to be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange a product.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code from Post NL ,DHL or DPD with which you can track your order.
