LaVrai – The Truth

This non-binding resolution, sponsored by Pakistan and rejected by the U.S. (presumably since we were absent), Canada and E.U. member nations, is clothed as a measure to protect religion from criticism around the world. In actuality, this measure, proposed on behalf of Islamic countries, really only mentions the religion of Islam specifically. Obviously, this is a dangerous measure and could cause quite a mess, especially if some nations decide to “enforce” this “recommendation” (which has been going for about a decade now). This just goes to show the benefits of Shari’a law… for men. A marriage between a British woman and an Egyptian man living in Dubai goes sour after some years. The husband wants custody of the kids. He later accuses the wife of adultery. The woman is found guilty. The husband wins custody. The woman loses all rights to their sons (until they seek her out at age 18), since adulterous women are incapable of properly caring for their children. Thank you, Shari’a law. As far as I can see in this story, there was no solid evidence in the case. It apparently is just a case of he said-she said… and since Dubai is a strict Islamic country, he always wins. I was totally unaware that Britian has “faith hate” laws, which I suppose is similar to America’s hate crime laws. Apparently, some Muslims got offended with this Christian minister for putting the truth on his TV program, challenging the falsely held beliefs of Islam. As seems to be the trend with fanatics of this religion of peace, instead of properly debating the man, some Muslim punks decided to physically assault him. Read the rest of this entry »

On one hand, because of September 11, 2001, Muslims, Arabs and those who in the eye of the beholder appear to be a Muslim or Arab became boogey man number 1 in the American public’s eye at least. On the other hand, the politically correct world became so afraid of offending Muslims, that the world now walks around on tip-toes for Islam.
