No, I am not an anti-Semite… if I were, I would have a lot to explain to my great-grandmother’s side of the family.  Oh yeah, and to the Messiah Jesus of Nazareth, whom I love and serve.

I am just struck how some religious Jews (who practice Judaism) still want to pretend they are right before GOD. How is attacking your neighbor and burning down his house admissible… and on a holy day, too! This is how the riots that are going on in an Israeli town started, according to media reports:

“Trouble started in Acre after dark Wednesday at the start of the Yom Kippur, the holiest day for Jews, when an Arab drove into a Jewish district, disturbing the start of 24 hours during which many Jews fast and abstain from driving.

As word spread from mosque loudspeakers of Jewish youths stoning the car, Arab crowds responded angrily, causing widespread damage to cars and shops in a main city street.

Relations between Jews and the mostly Muslim Arabs have been sometimes tense in Israel and dog the nature of a peace settlement which still eludes the two communities, 60 years after Israel was established in what was then Palestine.

That is how I know Israel, and any nation called by the LORD’s name, is not right before HIM — we suffer violence. You mean to tell me, on the holiest day for those of Judaism, Jewish men have no problem turning violent because a “stranger” in the land violates their day of observance? Wow. That’s like me sullying my salvation by deciding to beat down a stranger who decides to come into my church and start dancing while we’re partaking of the LORD’s supper.  How would I look to my LORD? Israel, O Israel — when are you going to get it, Jacob! Bent out of shape about the Torah, and you still can’t even observe every letter. It appears this young generation really does not know the LORD. Where are the elders who know and remember to remind them of how one must walk before the LORD our GOD?

Rioters in northern Israel torched two houses and badly damaged several others in the third night of tensions between Jewish and Arab residents of Acre, officials said Saturday.

Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said Arab residents were evacuated before their homes were set alight and that nobody was injured. He said police remained on very high alert.

Sami Hawary, an Israeli-Arab resident of Acre who heads a group which works for cooperation between Arabs and Jews, said that during the early hours of Saturday angry Jewish residents set fire to two houses and damaged eight others.

“There were scores of angry Jewish residents, mainly younger people who set fire to the homes, the tension is very high here, things are on a knife-edge,” Hawary told Reuters.

If you want to know why America is falling from grace and everything seems to just be going horribly wrong, consider that this is one of the reasons. Do we really believe it’s all luck or by the work of men that America is perhaps the most blessed and prosperous nation on the planet — or used to be the most blessed and prosperous nation on the planet? It is no accident. The LORD our GOD truly installs and pulls down whom HE will. And what is America doing now? — Making perversion legal?

Excerpt from Chicago-Sun Times:

Connecticut’s Supreme Court ruled Friday that gay couples have the right to marry, making the state the third behind Massachusetts and California to legalize such unions through the courts.

The ruling comes just weeks before Californians go to the polls on a historic gay-marriage ballot question, the first time the issue will be put before voters in a state where same-sex couples are legally wed.

The 4-3 ruling is the first time that a state that had willingly offered an alternative to marriage was told by a court that civil unions aren’t enough to protect the rights of gay couples. Connecticut was the first state to voluntarily pass laws to affirm civil unions.

Homosexuality is a sin, it is not natural or pleasing to the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. There is not one positive example of homosexual relations in the Holy Scriptures. Not one. But there are a few that show GOD’s judgment on homosexuality. What is America doing? The Holy Scriptures plainly show, if a nation (whom the LORD has brought forth… a nation in HIS name) don’t walk in HIS ways, then HE will turn their blessings into a curse.

2 Chronicles 7:12 Then the LORD appeared to Solomon by night, and said to him: “I have heard your prayer, and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice. 13 When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, 14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

• And, in related news, how is it OK to promote homosexuality in schools, but always a fight if Christian students want to start something like a Bible club? How have things gotten so out of hand?!

1Cr 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.

But I tell you this, Truth will not be buried, Light will not be buried, the LORD’s Way will not be buried. The LORD Jesus Christ shall prevail.

I am not a fear-monger. I firmly believe we are that generation whom Jesus Christ spoke about to HIS disciples that would see HIS glorious return to earth. I firmly believe that the United States of America (and all nations) are currently undergoing GOD ALMIGHTY’s judgment. But before the full cup of HIS judgment is poured out, before the nations are fully humbled, the arrogant Anti-Christ (whomever he is) and his oppressive, demonic government must come into play and seemingly rule for a while — thus says the Word of the LORD.

After seeing this bit of news today (coupled with the downward spiral the world markets have been taking), I am even now more convinced that what is happening economically is going to be used to totally re-write the world markets, if you will. Things will never be the same again. Imagine what kind of new legislation will come out this economic disaster? Pretty soon we will need a “mark” of approval to buy a house, buy a car, get a loan — to do any kind of business. In the Word of the LORD it is promised to us — today it looks like the foundations for that system is being plotted and carried out by people who think no one sees or hears what they are doing. They forget that the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY is the author of it all.

UPDATE (10/11/2008):

“In an interconnected world, no nation will gain by driving down the fortunes of another. We are in this together. We will come through it together,” Bush said. “There have been moments of crisis in the past when powerful nations turned their energies against each other or sought to wall themselves off from the world. This time is different.”

White House spokesman Tony Fratto said Bush’s commitment to collaborative action was repeated and agreed to by every official and minister who took part in a private White House meeting before the statement. Participating in that session with the president were top officials from the Group of Seven powers – the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Britain, Italy and Canada – as well as from the European Union, World Bank and International Monetary Fund.

Bush did not mention any specific action that prompted his call. But Ireland recently moved to guarantee all bank deposits, triggering similar actions in Germany and other countries concerned that nervous depositors would move their bank accounts to Ireland.

The president barely referenced a significant new step from his administration – partial nationalization of some banks. After days of speculation this move was coming, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson announced late Friday night that the government would buy part ownership in an array of American banks. (Source)

Miriam, the very respectable and dedicated author of a discernment blog which you need to bookmark right now, posted the excerpt below on August 3. Based on current news (the Dow closed down more than 600 points today and is at the 8600-mark (barely) and the market still has one more session to go this week), I think we all need to consider what may be happening to the United States (and indeed all the nations).

A Vision re the American Economy & The Dow Jones Index

I have previously prophesied (since around about one year ago on this blog) specifically on the American economy, that recession and a type of finanical collapse is coming – and worse still that already has come in that year since I said that, I expect still to occur based on what I have seen last year and indeed the year before that, and also again now.

Today, upon awaking, I felt God whisper to me “The Dow”, and saw something significantly detrimental happen to it.  Though I do not that much about economics at all, I know enough to know the Dow Jones is in some way a reflection of the financial health of the USA nation and is tied in with the stock market, though I do not understand the mechanisms at all. [See comments in the section below where this is explained}

Anyway, simply, I saw this Dow Jones go in a very negative manner, while retail prices (for what I thought was for every day consumer items like food, not just for gas etc) really went up considerably, at the same time as the Dow went down, so it was like two complete opposites I saw.

And I saw and it was like a large hand was upon the line of the Dow Jones graph, pushing the lines down considerably for what seemed a persistant time period (like not just one dip that would quickly correct itself).

Additional Note 4th August

While reflecting on this vision again today, I saw another vision – similar, but this time I saw beyond it. This time, when I looked at the Dow Jones graph which had all but flatlined and bottomed out or so it seemed to me, when the line began to climb upwards from the bottom of the charts in the hope of a recovery, the graph line then symbolically began to form a pattern, and this pattern obviously became the scales of the back of a mythological dragon or another type beast. I understood this to mean that whatever happens to the USA economy, afterwards the fix/offered solution to recovery will lead to the “beast’s” economic/financial system.

Are the coming terror attacks I saw here linked to the economic situation picture above? I do not know, but in this vision re the last terror attacks, I saw that after these attacks, I saw the “666″ system somehow come in afterwards (as per above with the BEAST system). I saw 666 written on a dark chip (a symbolic poker chip) which was also a coin shaped object to show me it resembled money. Was the poker chip a play on words on chip as in microchip? It may be. I do not know. I consider it highly likely.
