‘Remind Them Of The HOPE’ – One Day Soon The Earth Will Be Full Of The Knowledge Of The LORD

Even though we are Christians and we know in WHOM we hope, we all have our moments of weakness, the times when we let all the seemingly inexplicable craziness of the world cast down our spirit. It’s easy to get depressed or downtrodden when we look around and hear bad news after bad news — things that, quite frankly, most of us can’t get our heads around.

Sometimes, to me, it seems as if the wicked and rebellious wish GOD wasn’t real and that HE had no place in America. For them, that would be a time of rejoicing, not knowing that without HIS abundant grace, mercy and love we would all be in hell. Every single one of us. Some are ignorant, and some are very knowledgeable of their choices and desires, i.e., some truly know not what they do, but there are others who are well aware that they work for the devil.

And, despite the times when it may seem that evil is prevailing, I know the victory has already been won. When Christ Jesus was on that cross and HE said, “It is finished.” Satan was defeated once and for all. So no matter how the heathen rage and try to bring the evil imaginations of their hearts to life — it’s all in vain.

There is a day coming when NO ONE will ask questions like “Do you believe in GOD?” or “What religion are you?” Those days are soon over! As the LORD has spoken, so it will be — “The earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD.”

Knowledge of the LORD Jesus Christ is spreading, praises be to HIS name, but the Devil and his deceived minions are trying hard to stop HIS word from being fulfilled. How silly! Imagine the WORD of the LORD as a mighty boulder rolling down a steep hill. The wicked try to push against it, but it keeps growing in size as time goes on and despite the weight being pushed against it, it keeps advancing, even inch by inch. Soon enough, those who refuse to acknowledge the ROCK’s power and strength get crushed.

We live in a world and time when these are the news headlines: Gunmen Go On Rampage In India, Killing Scores, Wounding Hundreds; U.S., World Possibly Facing Worst Economic Crisis In Decades; UK Man Arrested For Raping 2 Daughters, Impregnating Them 19 Times; Iranian Leader: Israel Should Be Wiped Off Map; NYC Bus Driver Stabbed To Death Over Fare; Planned Parenthood Makes Gift Certificates Available; Homosexuals Demand Definition Of ‘Marriage’ Be Changed…

But the LORD our GOD has promised that in a new world and time coming soon, these will the headlines:

Isaiah 11: 6 ” The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, The leopard shall lie down with the young goat, The calf and the young lion and the fatling together; And a little child shall lead them. 7 The cow and the bear shall graze; Their young ones shall lie down together; And the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 The nursing child shall play by the cobra’s hole, And the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper’s den. 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD As the waters cover the sea.

Can you imagine that? — The earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters fill the sea. No more rebellion and sin, no more bloodshed — among animals or mankind (and neither will we know war anymore). No more pain, oppression, persecution or injustice.

Isaiah 25: 7 And He will destroy on this mountain The surface of the covering cast over all people, And the veil that is spread over all nations. 8 He will swallow up death forever, And the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the LORD has spoken. 9 And it will be said in that day: “Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the LORD; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.”

There will be no mockers, no scoffers, no swindlers, no charlatans attempting to twist the GOSPEL to suit their own needs. Men won’t need to ask another for instruction about the LORD. For..

Revelation 21: 3… “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” 5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”

In that day, all on earth will say:

Isaiah 12: 4 …“ Praise the LORD, call upon His name; Declare His deeds among the peoples, Make mention that His name is exalted. 5 Sing to the LORD, For He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth. 6 Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion, For great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!”

So remember, when it seems like wickedness and rebellion is the order of the day — soon, oh very soon, we are going to see the KING. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! We’re going to see the KING. And we are ALL going to see Christ Jesus when HE returns — some of us just won’t be singing “Hallelujah!” But every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that HE IS LORD.
