I boldly declare to you that our GOD IS ONE! And that our GOD IS a jealous GOD and will not share HIS glory with anyone. No human, no man-made idol or ideal compares to GOD ALMIGHTY, Jehovah (YHWH).

The LORD Our GOD Is One

Deuteronomy 6:4-5Deuteronomy 6:4-5
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV

4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: 5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Exodus 20:1-5Exodus 20:1-5
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV

20 1 And God spake all these words, saying, 2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. bondage: Heb. servants 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

And God spoke all these words, saying: “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God…”

Exodus 34:13-14Exodus 34:13-14

2 Kings 19:15-192 Kings 19:15-19
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV

15 And Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said, O LORD God of Israel, which dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth. 16 LORD, bow down thine ear, and hear: open, LORD, thine eyes, and see: and hear the words of Sennacherib, which hath sent him to reproach the living God. 17 Of a truth, LORD, the kings of Assyria have destroyed the nations and their lands, 18 And have cast their gods into the fire: for they were no gods, but the work of men's hands, wood and stone: therefore they have destroyed them. cast: Heb. given 19 Now therefore, O LORD our God, I beseech thee, save thou us out of his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the LORD God, even thou only.

Then Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said: “O LORD God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth. …Truly, LORD, the kings of Assyria have laid waste the nations and their lands, and have cast their gods into the fire; for they were not gods, but the work of men’s hands—wood and stone. Therefore they destroyed them. Now therefore, O LORD our God, I pray, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the LORD God, You alone.”

There Is No Other GOD, No Other Creator

In the beginning, GOD created the heavens and the earth, and all that is upon and in them. Every creature that walks on the earth, flies in the sky or swims in the sea. All was created by this very same GOD. There is no other GOD. There is only ONE with the power to create and destroy; to give life or bring death. This CREATOR is the same ONE that breathed life into Adam.

Genesis 2:7Genesis 2:7

Thus says God the LORD, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it, Who gives breath to the people on it, And spirit to those who walk on it: “ I, the LORD, have called You in righteousness, And will hold Your hand; I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, As a light to the Gentiles, To open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners from the prison, Those who sit in darkness from the prison house. I am the LORD, that is My name; And My glory I will not give to another, Nor My praise to carved images. Behold, the former things have come to pass, And new things I declare; Before they spring forth I tell you of them.”

Isaiah 45:4-7Isaiah 45:4-7
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV

4 For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me. 5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: 6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. GOD Does Not Change

HE, our LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, has not changed and will NEVER change. HE does not share HIS GLORY with anyone, but with the Son Jesus the Christ, who sits at HIS RIGHT HAND.

Hebrews 13:8-9Hebrews 13:8-9

Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.

GOD’s Son Makes Intercession

The same GOD sent HIS precious and Holy Son, Jesus the Christ, into this same world HE created to provide intercession for HIS creation, which had turned their backs on HIM in rebellion. Jesus makes it possible to bridge our separation from our CREATOR, GOD ALMIGHTY.

In John 3:14-21John 3:14-21
English: King James Version (1611) - KJV

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. reproved: or, discovered 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

WP-Bible plugin
Jesus explains to Nicodemus, “…even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

Why Make Intercession?

GOD loves us so much that HE sent HIS Only Begotten Son into this world, so that we could be turned back around to make peace with our CREATOR. For without GOD, there is only death. Jesus makes it possible for us to have eternal life with our CREATOR, GOD ALMIGHTY.

Romans 3:9-18Romans 3:9-18

Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. …What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

How Does Peace Come About?

Peace comes about through submission to our CREATOR, GOD ALMIGHTY’s will. When we confess that we cannot save ourselves and that only Christ Jesus can make salvation possible, we are honoring GOD. For it is HIS will that we follow HIS Son. For Christ Jesus is THE WAY, THE TRUTH and THE LIFE and only in HIM can we attain true peace. So we must confess our sins, turn from them and look to Christ Jesus for salvation

Romans 10:9-13Romans 10:9-13

If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. 2 Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. 5 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. …anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. 9 Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, 10 and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him…

Christ Jesus does not want to take over your soul (or your mind). HE only wants to nourish it. HE wants to heal it, to make it whole. That can only happen when you turn back to GOD, and only Christ Jesus shows us the way. And when you accept HIM, Christ Jesus instead gives you HIS Holy Spirit (who makes all things new), who will lead you and guide you in all things to the FATHER, our CREATOR, GOD ALMIGHTY. The Holy Spirit does not put you on equal footing with GOD or Christ Jesus, but instead He teaches you how to be obedient to the FATHER’S will. We are the creation; we can never be equal to the CREATOR, for there is only ONE.

There is only one man who can go before the Father (GOD ALMIGHTY) for us. There is only one man who can plead our case. There is only one man who can make us whole. This is the same Christ Jesus, and being one with GOD, HE is before the FATHER always, making intercession for us.

Call on the name of Jesus Christ and confess your sins. Ask the LORD to heal you and lead you back to FATHER GOD ALMIGHTY. Tell HIM you want to be saved and that you believe it is only through HIM that it is possible. HE listens to the sincere hearts and responds.

English: King James Version (1611) - KJV

2 1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, unto him: or, around him 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. withholdeth: or, holdeth 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit… 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. …9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
