Times Online has an interesting post on President George W. Bush and GOD. They have a video clip of someone talking about Bush explaining why he has invaded the Middle East, as well as 50 quotes from the president on faith. Here are some of the quotes that stood out to me:
14. God bless the people of this part of the world. Minneapolis, Minnesota, Aug. 4, 2007
16. I couldn’t imagine somebody like Osama bin Laden understanding the joy of Hanukkah
White House, Dec. 10, 2001.18. It’s a sign from above. Comment made when television light caught fire above crowd, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Mar. 9, 2001
19. I did denounce it. I de- I denounced it. I denounced interracial dating. I denounced anti-Catholic bigacy… bigotry. Responding to attacks on his visit to ultra-conservative Bob Jones University, Greenville, South Carolina, Feb. 25, 2000
23. And I just — I cannot speak strongly enough about how we must collectively get after those who kill in the name of — in the name of some kind of false religion. Press appearance with King Abdullah of Jordan, Aug. 1, 2002 [Wow. He caught himself, didn't he? Because he's been claiming the violent occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan in the name of GOD -- LaVrai]
And I would like to know - who is this ‘Almighty’ he refers to all the time? I am not going to jump the gun and say he is talking about GOD. Because he would just say GOD…. ‘an Almighty?’ A god? Which god, Mr. President?

Being a member of the Skull and Bones and a high ranking Mason, he was probably referring to the supreme architect of the Universe. Probably watching too much He-man
ha ha, remember when He-man used to say “by the power of gray skull I have the Powerrrrr! then you’d hear thunder and see lightning. In Shrubwa Jr’s case we’d have the burning bush, the parting of the red sea, and he would have a pitch fork and horns coming out of his head. The melding of his satanic devotion to the ungodly while trying to act like his is a Christian is almost comical. I hate to judge but he is being downright obvious.
